Heera Rice Idli Mix, is A instant mix for a traditional breakfast of South Indian origin, made from fermented batter of Rice & lentil.
Ingredients: Rice Flour (55%), Urad Dal Flour (40%), Iodized Salt, Raising Agent (E 500), Acidity Regulator (E 330).
How to cook: Empty 200 g IDLI MIX into a bowl and mix with 300 ml of water and 1 tbsp of vegetable oil. Stir to a smooth batter and set aside for 20 mins. Stir the batter gently then spoon into greased idli moulds and steam over boiling water for 15 mins. Remove and serve hot with chutney and sambhar.
