Idly chilli powder, also called Milagai Podi or Molaga Podi, is a dry chutney powder served at Idli and Dosa. Idli chilli powder consists of black lentils and dried red chilli. Idli chilli powder can also be used instead of chilli powder in curry dishes. Aachi Idly Chilli Powder can be used with oil or ghee for Idly, Dosai and Uttapam. Store the powder in an airtight container after opening and use a clean dry spoon.
