Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Copywriter who doesn’t just write but writes to sell.
This role is ideal for someone who understands that great copy is not just creative, but strategic, data-driven, and conversion-focused. You will be responsible for crafting compelling messaging across multiple channels, with a strong emphasis on paid advertising, email marketing, and sales-driven content.
As a senior member of the team, You will own copy across key touch points from paid ads to email funnels to sales enablement content with a strong focus on conversion and revenue impact.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain a consistent and professional B2B brand voice
- Continuously test and optimize copy using performance data and A/B testing
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align messaging
- Apply CRO principles to optimize funnels and improve conversion rates
- Translate complex B2B workflows into simple, benefit-driven communication
- Create high-converting B2B marketing assets across paid ads, email campaigns, and landing/product pages to attract, nurture, and convert retailers and buyers.
- Develop compelling value propositions centered on pricing transparency, seamless supplier access, and efficient procurement workflows.
- Produce persuasive sales collateral, including platform explainers, supplier onboarding materials, and buyer-focused messaging to drive adoption and engagement.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Extensive experience in performance-driven paid ad copywriting, crafting high-converting creatives optimized for ROI across multiple platforms.
- Proven track record in email marketing and full-funnel sales copywriting, from lead nurturing sequences to high-converting promotional campaigns.
- Expert in writing persuasive, conversion-focused social media content that turns audience attention into measurable sales outcomes.
- Skilled in scriptwriting for high-performing video ads, including hooks, storytelling, and CTAs tailored for engagement and conversions.
- Deep understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), with the ability to continuously test, analyze, and refine copy for maximum performance.
- Hands-on experience in lead generation and B2B conversion funnels, aligning messaging with different stages of the buyer journey.
- Strong grasp of B2B buyer psychology, including navigating long sales cycles, decision-making units, and multi-stakeholder environments.
- Industry exposure to e-commerce, wholesale, marketplace, and SaaS ecosystems, enabling context-driven, high-impact messaging.
Nice-To-Have Skills
- Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization
- Familiarity with ZOHO CRM
- Understanding of SEO and landing page optimization
- Strong command of tone, structure, and clarity in a professional B2B context
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in copywriting (B2B preferred)
- Experience working with performance marketing or growth teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
- Proven portfolio including:Paid ad campaigns, Email sequences, Landing pages / sales pages
