Thokmandee.com is expanding its European B2B operations and is hiring a performance-driven Sales Development Representative to generate and grow EU client accounts. This is not a meeting-booking role. Compensation is directly tied to orders generated and recurring revenue built.
We are looking for a commercially disciplined professional who understands EU business standards and can confidently engage European decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and prospect EU B2B buyers across target industries
- Execute structured outbound outreach (cold calls, email, LinkedIn)
- Convert qualified prospects into revenue-generating accounts
- Develop repeat order patterns and long-term client relationships
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management in Zoho CRM
- Track order performance and account growth metrics
Requirements :
- Proven experience in outbound B2B sales and cold calling
- Clear understanding of EU business culture and communication expectations
- Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM
- Strong objection handling and follow-up discipline
- Professional-level spoken and written English
Strong Advantage:
- Additional EU language (German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, etc.)
- Documented sales performance metrics.
