Rice flour, corn flour, sugar, egg, salt, flavor, and anti-caking agent (E551). Contains egg. May contain traces of: peanut, milk, and tree nuts.
Instructions:
1.Pour 300 ml of milk into a bowl, gradually add the crepe mix while mixing well with a whisk until you get a smooth, homogeneous batter without lumps.
2.Add a little oil or butter to a frying pan over medium-high heat, then pour the necessary amount to make a crepe approximately 15 cm in size.
3.When the batter is set, flip it with a spatula until it’s golden brown on the other side.
