Chillies Whole Ex. Hot – Whole Red Chillies are used in a lot of Indian dishes as a seasoning to add spice, flavour and colour. They are often used in dry sabzis and are added to hot oil along with other seasoning ingredients, followed by chopped vegetables, turmeric powder and other spices. They are also stir-fried in oil and ground with ingredients like coconut, garlic, tamarind and coriander seeds to form the base of several coastal Indian dishes.
