Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must have experience in providing services on a B2B platform and will be responsible for reaching out to potential sellers and buyers, providing exceptional support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves managing customer requests across various channels, including phone, email, and chat, and maintaining a positive and professional relationship with customers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and other prospecting channels.
- Conduct thorough research on prospects to ensure informed, targeted outreach.
- Perform market research to identify new vendors and business opportunities..
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems (e.g., Zoho).
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, demos, and follow-ups to move leads through the sales pipeline.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients through consistent follow-ups.
- Work closely with sales and operations teams to support overall business growth.
- Identify decision-makers, set initial appointments, and manage follow-up activities.
Requirements :
- 4-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or cold calling
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive sales approach
- Understanding of European B2B market trends (bilingual candidates preferred)
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills
- Tech-savvy with hands-on experience using sales tools and CRM platforms
- Proficiency in French and Spanish (spoken and written)
