Our company was founded in 2004 under the name “Il Mercato.” After years of continuous work and expansion, in 2015, “Il Mercato” evolved into the current Tasting Sicily, allowing us to reach broader markets.

What has driven us forward over the years is our love for good food, our passion for our island, and the excellent raw materials it produces.

Even today, we handcraft and package our products, continuing to offer high-quality specialties to food lovers and restaurateurs around the world.
