Ingredients:
Rice flour, vegetable fat (coconut), sugar, powdered milk, powdered egg, raising agents (E450 and E500), salt, flavoring, anti-caking agent (E551). Contains milk and egg. May contain traces of: peanuts, tree nuts.
Instructions:
1.In a bowl, pour 170 ml of water, gradually add the pancake mix while stirring everything well with a whisk until you achieve a smooth, homogeneous batter without lumps.
2.Add a little oil or butter to a griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat, then pour the necessary amount to make pancakes of the desired size. We recommend around 10 cm.
3.When the batter is set, flip it with a spatula until it browns on the other side.
4.Serve them accompanied by our cream sauces.
