About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate or someone with up to 1 year of experience who is eager to build a strong foundation in graphic design and digital creativity.
The ideal candidate should have a good eye for design, be detail-oriented, and most importantly, have a strong grip on design tools along with a growing understanding of AI-based design workflows.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design high-quality creatives for social media, website, and marketing campaigns
- Create banners, ad creatives, product visuals, and promotional materials
- Assist in developing brand-aligned visual content across multiple platforms
- Use AI tools to generate creative concepts, layouts, and visual ideas
- Edit and enhance images using professional design tools
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to deliver engaging visuals
- Revise designs based on feedback and ensure timely delivery
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and AI advancements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop (PS) and Adobe Illustrator (AI)
- Strong grip on AI-based designing tools (e.g., generative design, AI-assisted creatives, prompt-based design tools)
- Basic understanding of layouts, typography, color theory, and branding
- Creative thinking with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field (preferred)
