We actively promote our vendors, support our buyers, and create real growth opportunities for businesses of all sizes. We’re now looking for a creative, data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and help drive the next phase of our journey in transforming B2B e-commerce.
Job Description :
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google, and email to grow brand awareness, generate leads, and increase conversions.
- Build structured marketing funnels to attract, nurture, and convert both buyers and sellers.
- Plan, automate, and optimize email campaigns (newsletters, drip flows, onboarding) to nurture leads.
- Lead and coordinate with internal teams including SEO, content writing,and sales to ensure marketing activities align with business goals.
- Manage SEO, SEM, and paid ad campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
- Analyze digital performance using Google Analytics, Zoho, and platform insights; track KPIs and optimize campaigns based on data.
- Guide content strategy across blogs, social media, email, and other channels; plan creative formats (static posts, carousels, reels, videos).
- Audit existing digital presence to ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms .
- Improve conversion funnels, customer engagement, and retention through data-driven strategies and A/B testing.
- Ultimately drive qualified leads, sales conversions, and meaningful growth across the Thokmandee platform.
What We’re Looking For
- 3-5 years of Proven experience in B2B, SaaS, or multivendor marketplace environments.
- Practical Hands-on experience in SEO, paid ads, analytics, and and email marketing/automation tools (e.g., Zoho Campaigns,)
- We’re looking for someone who is presentable, communicates well, maintains a professional attitude, and can think strategically with clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to bring creativity while maintaining clear processes.
- Familiarity with CRM software Zoho CRM and basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
- Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus.
