Whom we're looking for
As our B2B Telemarketing Representative, you’ll play an essential role in our growth journey. You’ll champion our platform, draw in new Clients, and ensure Thokmandee remains the preferred choice in the European market.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers.
- Promote products and services offered by Thokmandee.com.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Record customer information accurately in the CRM system.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries.
- Develop a robust understanding of our platform.
- Tailor presentations to potential clients, and highlight our strengths.
What You'll Need
- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to persuade and influence others.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Bachelor’s in Communications or similar (preferred).
- Fluent in English, other languages are a bonus.
