Whom we're looking for
As our B2B Sales Representative, you’ll play an essential role in our growth journey. You’ll champion our platform, draw in new sellers, and ensure Thokmandee remains the preferred choice in the European ethnic market.
Responsibilities
- Spotting & Engaging Potential Sellers: Identify potential sellers, reach out through varied channels, and remain updated on market trends.
- Meeting prospective clients onsite to promote our business.
- Showcasing Platform's Merits: Develop a robust understanding of our platform, tailor presentations to potential sellers, address queries, and highlight our strengths.
- Cultivating Relationships: Foster strong connections with sellers and buyers, assisting with onboarding and ensuring continuous, smooth communication.
- Meeting Sales Aims: Set and achieve ambitious sales targets while collaborating with internal teams and refining strategies.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor’s in Communications or similar (preferred).
- Background/Experience with Sales (B2B).
- Excellent Communication.
- Strong business development skills: prospecting, relationship building, and cold calling.
- Social, Someone who isn't afraid to blend professionalism with Personality.
- Organised, Responsible and Curious.
- Multicultural business experience is an advantage.
- Fluent in English, other languages are a bonus.
- Track record of meeting sales goals.
